Westfield Management Ltd is a member of the Cleaning Practitioner Association of Nigeria (CPAN) and is in full compliance with standards our insurance covers employee liability, employer liability, public liability, and product liability.
Each staff member receives customer service and care training. They are then hand-picked to match each specific site to ensure a high level of customer care delivery.

To achieve the main objectives and level of service required we identified the following criteria:
⦁ The recruitment and retention of well-trained, motivated, experienced, and smart cleaners (between the ages of 18-35 years) with high interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
⦁ Document contract monitoring and liaison with all staff on site and clients regularly.
⦁ The compilation and adherence to detailed, up-to-date, and accurate Assignment Instructions for you. A ‘proactive’ rather than ‘reactive’ approach towards cleaning your spaces.
⦁ Regular documented liaison with you to establish and monitor adherence to established performance criteria
